Flyer for a therapeutic group titled 'Threads of Two Cultures: Weaving Your Story,' focused on Iranian-American teens and young adults, exploring identity, family expectations, cultural pressure, language, traditions, and self-acceptance, with contact information for Instagram @therapywithrozy and email rpishvayi@gmail.com.

Growing up between two cultures is not always simple. Many Iranian-American youth and young adults find themselves holding pieces of both cultures while working to build an identity that feels authentic and grounded.

This is an 8-week, closed group that offers a supportive and welcoming space for Iranian-American youth and young adults to talk openly about identity, belonging, family expectations, and the beautiful and sometimes confusing in between. Together, participants will reflect on shared experiences, explore cultural influences, and connect in community with others who understand the unique challenges and strengths of navigating two worlds.

The closed-group format allows members to build trust and continuity over the eight weeks, creating space for deeper conversation, mutual support, and meaningful exploration of who they are and who they are becoming.
